Arthur E. Williamson Jr., General Partner
For 36 years a real estate broker that has focused on the investment and development aspects of the industry and for providing marketing and financial analysis and feasibility consulting services. In addition, Mr. Williamson heads his companies' daily brokerage and property management services overseeing various classes of real estate. His expertise and credentials have allowed him to be accepted as an expert witness before the Superior Court of New Jersey and other lesser courts, planning commissions, municipal agencies, and on matters addressing tax, financial and land use issues.
Mr. Williamson is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Banking and Finance and has been designated as a Certified Commercial- Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors. His professional and community involvements include membership and participation in the Coalition of Commercial Real Estate Association, the Tri-State Commercial Realtors Alliance and past president of the Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and founding president of the Rotary Club of Toms River Sunrise.
Henry K. Yu, M.D., General Partner - Dr. Yu first started investing and managing in multi-family housing in the early 1980's along with family members and has not stopped for a moment in building his real estate holdings. His experience and talents range from building luxury waterfront housing to multi-tenanted class A medical office buildings and owning and managing several class A and B office buildings and retail centers. Dr. Yu has a keen mind for real estate financial analysis and is well respected within the community for his business aptitude.
Dr. Yu is a graduate of Ursinus College, Collegeville Pennsylvania and St. Georges School of Medicine, Granada, British West Indies and is a Diplomat for the American Board of Quality Assurance and Review Physicians. He has admitting privileges at Community Medical Center, Toms River, N.J. and was a Board member at St. Barnabas Hospital Physicians Organization. He maintains an active practice of internal medicine in Toms River and Whiting, N.J., is the Medical Director for the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center and a staff physician for the Ocean County Department of Corrections. In addition, he was the President of the Ocean Physicians Independent Practice Association.
